These terms apply to megs.media and to Megs apps and tools, including MoveSigned and the Magento Speed Scanner. They are provided by Mestereaga Consortio P & C SRL, Rapoltu Mare nr. 288, Hunedoara County, Romania, VAT/CUI RO37675295, Trade Register no. J20/803/30.05.2017 (“Megs”, “we”). By using them, you agree to these terms.
You own what you put into our apps, such as inventories, photos, signatures and documents. You give us permission to store and process it only as needed to provide the service to you. You're responsible for having the right to upload it, including your customers' consent where the law requires it.
Prices, billing periods and what each plan includes are shown before you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe or by the app store you buy through, under their terms. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel; cancelling stops the next renewal. Refunds follow the rules shown at purchase and the law that applies to you. Purchases made through an app store follow that store's refund rules.
Free tools, such as the Magento Speed Scanner, are provided as they are. Their results are automated estimates based on public data, not a guarantee of performance or a professional audit. Use your own judgement, or your developer's, before changing your store.
We work to keep our products available and reliable, but we can't promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid product, we'll give you reasonable notice and a way to export your data.
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow us to limit, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
You can stop using our products and delete your account at any time (see contact). We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms. We'll tell you why, unless the law prevents us.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Romania, unless consumer protection law gives you the right to use the courts where you live. Write to us first at contact@megs.media. Most problems can be solved by email.
We may update these terms. If a change is significant for paying customers, we'll tell you in advance by email or in the app. The date at the top shows the latest version.
