megs.media provides downloadable digital checklists, guides, and resources for Magento store owners and eCommerce professionals. These are non-physical, instant-access products delivered via email or user account dashboard.

Orders & Payments

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders if fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected.

We stand behind our products. If you don't see progress using our digital checklists within 14 days, you may request a refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at contact@megs.media within 14 days of your purchase. Include your order number and a short explanation (optional).

One refund per customer. Abuse of the refund policy may result in account restrictions.

Licenses

Standard License
The standard license allows you to use the product for one business or store only. You may not share, resell, or distribute the product.

Extended License
If you purchase the extended license, you may use the product for multiple clients as part of your service offering (e.g., agency work). However, resale or repackaging is strictly prohibited.

Intellectual Property

All content on megs.media—including digital downloads, branding, site design, and blog content—is the intellectual property of MESTEREAGA CONSORTIO P&C SRL. No part may be reproduced, shared, or resold without written permission.

User Accounts

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login secure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account found to be in violation of these Terms.
